Member Utility - Grid Database Form


This form is to be used by member utilities that wish to update their grid-type database.

Important items to remember:

1) Your member code

2) Which county(s) are to be updated

3) Whether you are adding or deleting grids.

If you wish to send a new Master set, make sure that you indicate this when submitting.

 

Grid database members may also submit their changes by email instead of using the form by sending to tnocs@tnonecall.com, and putting "database update" in the subject line.

 

All database submissions are confirmed when completed. If you have not heard back from someone within a week of your email, or form submission, please contact the center to find out if we have received your changes.

 

Disclaimer: For complete and accurate coverage, remember to provide us any changes to your database as they occur. You are welcome to fax or email them to us at any time and we will be happy to update your database. All changes will be completed as soon as possible. Changes are not valid until you receive confirmation from us.
